As a part of the Milan Design Week, the Maestro Martino Food Academy held the ‘Mise en Art’ workshop on 17 April at the TOG Foundation auditorium.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was attended by industry experts, the partners of the Mise En Place project and the students from IAL Lombardia Srl Impresa Sociale, who created a unique cooperation with the Academy, with the aim of forming and supporting the next generations of the Italian industry through the implementation of highly innovative training courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paolo Troilo created a superb piece of art for the occasion, perfectly embodying the founding values of the project.
