Beltrami and digital expansion: a new challenge

In the age of Covid-19, digital has proven to be a great tool for reaching new markets and building customer loyalty. That is why during this period we have continued to invest not only in new product development, but also in the digital market.

The digital channel is a winning formula even for niche products and Beltrami Linen  is no exception: during the lockdown our e-commerce achieved excellent results and now the aim is to do even better.

The user experience is fundamental for us: that is why each online order is handled by a salesperson who, just like in a physical boutique, recommends a product tailored to the customer.

After the latest results, we are even more convinced that digital will be one of the keys to strengthening our presence in foreign markets and beyond.
